Description: Cylindrical hollow object, flared at each end. Comes from ship's bow, where the anchor chain passed through, and is very heavy. It appears to be made of lead or is lead lined. The cylinder is angular and quite large. From the bow of the City of Edinburgh shipwreck. The City of Edinburgh was built 1813 and wrecked off Prime Seal Island onJuly 11, 1840.
