Description: Brass padlock and key used to lock the right hand cell of the pair of Whitemark cells (circa 1920's) in the Museum grounds. Inscribed with serial no 1444252, CHUBBS PATENT (around a coat of arms), 128 VICTORIA ST LONDON and MAKERS TO HER MAJESTY. A trademark of a fish with CHUBB LONDON inside it.
