Date: 1849 -

Description: An A4 archival album containing a copy of a history of the Robinson-Holt family and family trees compiled by Gaye Doolan. The family trees go to fifth generation of the descendents of William and Ellen Robinson (Holt). The family lived at Trousers Point on Flinders Island and were often referred to as the Trousers Point Robinsons. William was the son of Samuel and Mary Robinson but when his mother marrried again he took the name Holt from his mothers second marriage. This led to confusion with the names in the family. Ellen Robinson (nee Smith) was of aboriginal descent. Many aboriginal and white families of the Furneaux group are represented in the family tree. There are three black and white photographs.
