Description: Photograph taken from side of Tier Hill viewing an area toward the mouth of the Duck River in 1925. Note the vacant area between Smith and King Streets, Smithton, Tasmania, which is now the Anzac Park and the War Memorial Swimming Pool and some houses have been built in Smith Street. The first building on the right side of the street is the George Allen's Blacksmith shop which was built in 1921.
