Description: Black wooden picture frame. Horizontal frame pieces notched into the vertical, with ends protruding. Edges of timber are carved and gilded. Hand made, probably recycled from another picture frame. Contains photo of Fred Stondahlen, Mate from the Farsund, from the studio of Talma & Co, 110 Swanston St., Melbourne. The Farsund was wrecked off Vansittart Island on the 9th March, 1912.
