Description: Framed colour print of ketch - a painting by A V Gregory commissioned by Capt. Richard Burgess in 1907 as a wedding present for his eldest son. Capt. Burgess built the ship himself in the 1890's on Three Hummock Island at the western edge of Bass Strait. The painting is reproduced courtesy of its present owner Capt. R.J.
