Description: Ladies gold wrist watch, on gold band. The watch has a hinged front and back and there is a safety chain on the band. Watch still operates. Housed in a small brown, carved wooden box with an inlaid top, on a pad of maroon velvet. It was given to Mrs Iola Fowler (nee Woods) in 1914 by Mr C Nyman. It was presented to the Furneaux Historical Research Association by Mrs Fowler in 1995 to mark the 30th anniversary of the Museum Committee founded by her late husband, Mr R Fowler.
