Description: Square board (probably Burnie Board), painted with dark green blackboard paint, with handwritten in chalk list of customers and the number of mutton-birds they required. (CHS 4000, 7000; Becks 2000; Honest Tom 500). Each commercial mutton- bird shed would have one of these to register orders. Becks was a dealer in Launceston, Honest Tom was Tom Langley who ran the store at Lady Barron.
