Farsund Wooden Pulley Block

      Date: 1891 -

Description: Set of two oval wooden blocks, one complete other broken but shows the construction. Blocks have wooden pulleys with inner bronze section on iron axles which are integral with external iron frame. The blocks would have been used with sail rigging. From the Farsund wrecked off Vansittart Island, March 9th, 1912.
