Description: Wooden barrel with five steel hoops. Barrel is empty. Inscribed 200 Becks 406. F .W. Becks (Launceston) bought the barrels of salted mutton-birds immersed in brine (also called pickle). One of the original artefacts in the replica mutton-bird processing shed.
