Description: Original is a sepia photograph of the festive occasion of staging a regatta in aid of the Victorian Bush Fire appeal, the Spencer Hospital appeal and other local associations. Mr Seafield Deuchar built this "Power House" power station and water wheel at Trowutta, Tasmania. He also constructed a lake, which became a popular place for water birds, animals and frogs. Many locals attended the regatta and one of the attractions was a sixpenny boat ride on the lake.
