Description: An American whaler from New Bedford,SOUTH CAROLINA was condemned when she arrived in Hobart in 1851. Richard Cleburn purchased her and moored her near his property at Risdon Cove.Two families lived on board until the 1860s when she parted from her anchors and beached.She was eventually broken up for her copper fastenings.
