Description: After the vegetables went through the drying process, the dried product was loaded into bins and conveyed to the packing room where it was inspected, graded and packed into 4 gallon tins which held eleven pounds. This photograph shows a young lad at the Dewpoint Dehydration factory at Smithton, Tasmania, supervising the vegetables that came out into the boxes at the end of the assembly line.
