Description: Vacuum pump - open operated, crank driven. Adapted as a whistle blower. Originally from Campbell Town. This hand operated pump was amongst first used for milking machines. Adaption - whistle from McCarthy's steam traction engine and hand wheel from a laundry mangle. Collectors item.
