Description: Framed oil painting signed N. McCarthy, of Frank and Heather Willis' living quarters on Big Dog Island. The building was originally used as living quarters for the Home Guard at Whitemark during World War 2, and was moved to Big Dog Island in 1949 to become the living quarters for the mutton-birding season.
