Description: A footstool with a brown painted wooden base that was originally a barrel holder from the S.S.Toroa (vessel). The stool has a red velvet cushioned top. The velvet is patched, machine stitched, and tacked onto the base. The stuffing of the cushion is contained in hessian and is either horsehair or chaff. The entire is handmade.
