Description: The original farm house was built with pine boards, a tin roof and sandstone chimneys and consisted of four rooms with baltic pine lining. The house was built by Phillip Wagner for his sister Martha and her husband Richard Howard. The house was completed by the time Martha and Richard were married in 1907. In the mid 1970s a brick cladding was placed over the pine boards and in 1999 a small kitchen was built on the back of the house and running water installed, when Martha Howard's daughter Doreen Dare came to live there with her brother Clifford Howard who has lived there since he was born in 1928.
