Description: A floor standing Hotpoint five valve Bandmaster radio 447 MV in a wooden cabinet. Battery operated. Four knobs for tuning, tone, volume and on/off switch. Speaker was originally covered by fine stockinette, now pink but possibly originally red, which is badly deteriorated. Partially restored by Jim McLean in 1997. Originally owned by Fred Trueman.
