 Click thumbnail for a larger image. | Description: This is a photograph of Watcombe House is believed to have been built originally by F.Groom about 1875 as a store. In 1876 purchased by Thomas Sullock who carried out alterations, the building becoming a well known Guest House. After a succession of owners the business finally ceased about 1930. The centre and western end were destroyed by fire about 1958. The eastern section was occupied as a private residence.
