Description: Automatic drinking fountain or perfume fountain. A fountain of liquid rose   into the air and fell back into the dish below. From there it drained down the   left hand tube via a valve into the lower bulb. Bulbs were then rotated.   Small baskets attached could contain flowers. Glass bulbs and dishes, metal base.
