The base (part 1) is made of glass and holds three containers (parts 2, 3 & 4), two of which are missing lids. The third has a lid (part 5). From the wreck of the barque 'Asterope', which went aground on the Hebe Reef on 8 June 1883. Attempts to refloat her failed and by 13 June the vessel was a total wreck.
