Description: This timber structure was situated in Westbury, Tasmania. The Railway Station was built in c.1870 for the Launceston and Western Railway Company. The official opening day ceremony was held on Friday 10th. February 1871. The station closed for business in October 1978. The building was demolished in mid-1984. The photograph was taken in October 1978 from the north-western direction.
