Description: Light weight cray fish pot made out of ti-tree and bound together with wire. The metal used in the construction of the base determines the weight of the pot. Light weight pots are used on the East Coast of Tasmania and heavy weight pots are used on the West Coast. The general conditions of the sea in the area determines where the pots are used.
