Description: Bowl of a clay tobacco pipe embossed with a crown and plant and some fluting on remains of stem. On one side inscribed "REF" on other side embossed "ORM". Part of bowl rim eroded. Found on the east coast of Flinders Island near the wreck of the City of Foochow. The City of Foochow was built 1864 and wrecked 16th March 1877 between North Point, Flinders Island and Babel Island.
