Description: Metal ventilator attached to a small piece of plywood, with white cloth, probably silk, fixed between the plywood and the ventilator. From the wreck of the Loina, one of the Holyman planes, which crashed in 1935 off Flinders Island between Chalky and Prime Seal Islands. There were no survivors of the crash. The artefact washed up on the western Flinders Island coastline.
