Description: Galvanised metal outer cylinder, with a galvanised, rotating inner cylinder with drainage holes in it. On three legs. Fitted over a laundry trough and was used for rinsing soapy washing and spinning out the water. Bottom of inner cylinder is inscribed "ROTODRY ROTO PRODUCTS MELBOURNE PATENT NO. 15203". The same information is repeated on the legs. An advertisement by Myers in the Herald newspaper in 1945 gives the price as Seven Pounds one and six.
