The homestead was destroyed by fire around 1983. The Poulson house is built over the site. The photo is sub titled "How about the groovy basin haircut!" Hastings Bay and James Bay are in the background. Bert's father was the head of the local militia, a professional fisherman, a saw miller and had been the baker at Leprena. Some of the Prices still live in the area.
