Description: Four blue glass bottles of castor oil, from the wreck of the barque 'Asterope', which went aground on the Hebe Reef on 8 June 1883. Attempts to refloat her failed and by 13 June the vessel was a total wreck. The imprint on the glass reads 'Castor Oil, Hora & Co., London.'
