Description: Demonstration of an older type dairy set up. The warm fresh milk came straight from the cows and was pumped to the milk releaser which released the milk into the round milk vat and then the milk was cooled as it runs down the milk cooler. It was then collected in a milk can or later a milk vat ready for collection by the milk company.
