Description: Wooden display case with forward-angled front and rear sides, sloping glass top, lockable door at the rear, and interior shelf. Mounted on a sloping rectangular wooden plinth. Designed for the display of delicate or valuable objects. Came from Churchers Jewellers of Devonport and was used at Walkers Store, Flinders Island, at the time when watches and jewellery were sold there. Used for displaying small items in the Furneaux Museum.
