Description: Oval shaped flat metal disc. Inscribed: obverse: REG'D DOG in centre, around outside MAY 1 1908 . APRIL 30 1909, reverse: DIST.NO 12, REC'D NO 3, TAS in centre. Hole in the top to attach to a collar. Found in Costers garden, "Stella Maris", October 1969. "Stella Maris" was built by V V Huitfeldt in 1912 and was later occupied by Dr Allport. V V Huitfeldt had a store and post office near the "Stella Maris" site previous to 1912.
