Description: Two wooden blocks, one large, cut from a tree trunk, and one small wooden block. They were used as blocks to cut the legs off harvested mutton-birds. This task was usually undertaken by the younger members of the family as the mutton-birding season coincided with the school holidays. One of the original artefacts in the replica mutton-bird processing shed.
