      Description: This image depicts the Opening Day ceremony of the Westbury-Hagley Waterworks in Westbury, Tasmania. The function was held on the Village Green on the 19th of May, 1902. Attending, were from left to right; Councillor Hunt, Mr. E.A. Morris (Council Clerk), Councillor R.C. Field, The Honourable Thomas Reibey M.H.A., Mr. Denny (the contractor), Warden Daniel Burke M.H.A., Mr. J.C.Ferguson, The Honourable G.T. Collins M.L.C., Mr. Gould (The Surveyor), Councillor Andrew Hingston , Mr. A. Hart, Father Kelsh, Dr. B.A.Anderson, Mr Charles Best, ex-Councillor, Reverend A. Hardie, Mr. Thomas Armstrong and Councillor S. Badcock.
