Description: A set of six silver plated teaspoons commemorating the Silver Jubilee of Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth 2nd. Purchased at St Paul's Cathedral, London in September 1977 by the donor, for display in this museum. The donor was a foundation member of the committee of FHRA and president of the Association for a number of years, following the death of R M Fowler, the founding president. The spoons are displayed in the original moulded display case. The ends of each spoon are decorated with various emblems: crown, soldier, orb, St Paul's Cathedral, coronation coach and Queen Elizabeth on throne. Inscribed in each bowl "Silver Jubilee 1952-1977".
