Description: L-R Arthur Kay and Bill 'Wingy" Kay at the old Smithton sales yards behind the Bridge Hotel at Smithton. Bill Kay had his right arm severed when he fell off a lorry load of potatoes as a two year old. Despite that he was rated as one of the greatest stockmen in Tasmania.
