Description: Cottage at Balfour, Tasmania reported to be the home of Mrs Robert Sticht whose husband Robert Sticht was manager of the Mt. Lyell Co. mine until his death in 1922. His widow and sons moved to Balfour in reduced circumstances to try to recoup some of the 70,000 pounds alleged to have been lost on his Balfour investment.
