Description: An iron base consisting of round container for holding the battery with a removable lid that is sealed down with a screw cock. An unreadable inscription in a square on the lid. Two cut electrical wires still attached to base. From the base there is an attached frame covered in white string rising to a glass light.with a brass base and frame containing a globe. The whole could float upright and is presumed to be a marker buoy for fishing nets.
