Description: Black River, Tasmania railway bridge after floods damaged it in 1929. Several people standing at the far side are watching one gentleman cross. Note the buckled railway lines on bridge. Circular Head was isolated until the bridge was repaired. The floods caused extensive damage in Circular Head, Burnie, Launceston and Derby and many other places throughout Tasmania.
