Description: Two cubes of beige coloured home-made soap. They are stored in a Kraft peanut butter jar with a yellow plastic lid. In the 1920's soap was generally homemade and would be taken with supplies to the mutton-bird sheds on the outer islands. One of the original artefacts in the replica mutton-bird processing shed.
